send a mail to sapphire they told me to contact reseller, reseller told my to buy one from their site..not going back to the store where i bought my video card anymore, took them 3 weeks to receive themso ill just buy one from ebay.

yea.. was a wise lesson. i put in the cooler first that was the the toughest thing to install cuz of compound.after that i just made a huge mistake of putting in the 2 video cards, everything i had to plug in was under the video cards so.. you can imagine the trouble i went through. even cut my finger and now theres some blood somewhere in my case lol.
everything is working fine now, just a few minor problems but ill save u that.
