-> Collect alphabet letters for "RAKION" "CHAOS" "FORCE'.
- Users can collect alphabet letters that will drop randomly in-game, and get extra event points when they complete the words RAKION CHAOS FORCE.

-> Event shop will open.

-> Deathblow Ring will be given out for first-time cash charges and purchases.

2. Game Update

-> An Adventurer Package Update.
- Characters under level 5 are eligible for the item, and will receive rewards for reaching higher levels.

-> Post/Event Shop background UI update.

-> Event promotion contents will be added onto the game loading page to make it easier for users to check out current events.

3. Regular server maintenance

We would like to remind our players again, to protect your accounts. There has recently been a trend of hacking issues brought about by users being deceived with free gold/cash.

Users will be asked to download and install a fake Rakion launcher and asked to input their username/password, and even their birthday and email address.

As part of the ruse, users will also be asked to pick what items they would like to receive. The information the user inputs will then be sent to the hacker, who will use it to steal the user's account.

Be reminded that should we ever decide to just randomly give out items to players, that we will NEVER ask for information such as email addresses, passwords or birthdays.

Please, please, please USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. If something looks too good to be true, then it probably is.

There has recently been a wave of users who have been banned, most of whom were banned for hacking on stage games.

We have imposed a new penalty on these users. Please read below:

1. Banned users must write to Softnyx through QnA and send us the hack program used. Hack programs can also be sent to crack2@softnyx.co.kr.

2. Should the hack programs be proven working, the user's account will be released, with the following penalty:
- All characters' exp will be reduced by 50%. Any active character proven to have been stage hacking will be deleveled to 1.
Note: If a character is over level 95, level will be reduced to 80.

- All cell levels will be reset to 1.

- All gold will be reset to 0.

We hope that users understand the importance of keeping the game clean.
