    This is RIS team,

    We have received complaints from users who have been using KASPERSKY and VBA32 anti-virus programs, where these programs have interfered with playing Rakion.

    UPDATE: We have fixed the issue with Kaspersky during a short maintenance (07/27). Users with Kaspersky may now be able to play Rakion without a problem.

    Users with VBA32, however, may still experience problems with the game. We are trying our best to resolve the situation.

    Meanwhile you can still enjoy playing rakion by turning your anti-virus off.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
